Week In Review
This week was, different lol. Monday was lets say, a wake up call. Oh yeah, and I've been on The Abs Diet for a little over 10 days now, and I must say it's going well. Soon enough I should have a DEADLY 6-pack! Until then, I'm going to have to sweat it out and keep my shirt down. This entire week, was dedicated to working out and I'm happy to say that with the help of the Abs Diet eating regimen and my workout routine, I've lost over 5 pounds man. Let's see waht happened specifically this week..... Hm. Oh on Wednesday I had a interview at the downtown Y for a volunteering position, and once my criminal and past record check is passed, I'm gonna be working in the workout centre as a host and quite possibly hosting those summer camps for little kids. Best part is that by the end of October, after a months worth of courses, I'll be a CERTIFIED FITNESS TRAINER! Yeah, I know, how nuts. Let's see, as for today I also went to Frank Lee's Gym just to see what the gym was like, and right when I walked up to the door, a bunch of these huge martial art guys told me that they were just about to close, so I spent less than a minute looking around, but so far, it looks like a good place to learn some kung fu and muay thai kickboxing. My mom said it would be alright if I learnt how to fight, so that's a good thing.
I can't wait to break another big sweat tomorrow morning.
